AUUC BOARD GOALS
2005-2006
25th Anniversary
- Define specific activities, choose people to lead them, and oversee the implementation
- Attend and support associated activities and events
- Measure success of the events by goals and benchmarks
- Ensure an event report is completed and maintained in the church records
- Find funding as appropriate

Board still needs to discuss what we’ll define as success in each goal and when we’ll come back to evaluate our success.
Also, Board was also very concerned about how well AUUC is supporting the families of members and friends. We decided to relay our concerns to the Council and ask them to look into the issue. Though it’s not one of our top three goals, it’s a priority for us.
