Our Interim Minister
The Reverend Lyn Plumb

Rev. Lyn Plumb is our interim minister here at Accotink UU Church during our transition year as we search for a new settled minister, hopefully to begin with us in the summer of '08.

Rev. Lyn is a specially trained interim minister with over 10 years experience in UU ministry. She has served churches in Massachusetts, New York and Florida. As a graduate, with honors, from Andover Newton Theological School, she has gravitated towards courses and workshops on church systems, an interest which is very helpful for any church undergoing changes between their settled ministries.

A mother of two grown daughters, Jennifer and Juliana, who are both in graduate schools in Nevada and Boston, respectively, Rev. Lyn is enjoying playing tourist at the many greater Washington DC sights and also visiting a brother and his family in nearby Charlottesville, VA.
