Photo Directory and Appointments

Accotink UU Church is planning a photo directory, which was last done 5 years ago. In order to accomplish this project, we have contracted with LifeTouch, a specialist in creating Church photo directories. This is the same company we used before and were pleased with the results.

Since then LifeTouch has created a way that you can schedule your photo appointment on-line. The procedure is relatively simple. If you have problems you can E-mail Judy Robison or Phil Runge for help

• First read the following steps and then click on the button below enter the scheduling program from LifeTouch.
  
  
• You can then select one of the available dates.
  
  
• Once that is selected, you can select an available time.
  
  
• You will then need to enter your name and how many household members will be in the photo.
  
  
• You then need to enter your E-mail address and phone number. (This is so that an E-mail or phone call can be made to confirm you appointment date and time. You will also receive an E-mail reminder a couple of days prior to your appointment.)
  
  
• You will then be asked to create a log-on name and password for your account. (This is so that you can access the Directory after it is completed and add or subtract other information that may appear in the on-line Directory.) (You will also recieve a separate E-mail with your log-on information and password.) Only people who have photos in the directory will have access using their log-on and password.
